Using our real streamer producer, we can create a streaming file (rm) of one of the following types
There are different Real Players out there, each capable of playing different types of streaming files. Check your computer type, how much RAM you have and what operating system you are running. Then head for www.real.com to download a free player!

The G2 player can play surestream, but requires 32 meg of ram and system 8.1 at least; the G2 player prefers 64 meg of ram. The older real player (5.0) can play streaming files, but ONLY if they have been prepared with the OLDER format.

Real Player 7 Plus requires at least system 8.1, power PC, 32 meg of RAM but prefers 8.5, 64 meg of ram, 233 mhz computer


One other method for viewing some of the creations on our video streaming server is to load up real player and type in the following info
rtsp://207.31.250.228:554/sr3.sm
using the specific file at the end of the path. We are using these codes for file names: sr = single rate and ss = sure stream.
