French Courses at Dublin School
Taught by Holly Macy

I have been teaching French at Dublin School since 1995. I became the Language Department Chair in 1998 and enjoy working to improve Language Teaching at Dublin. Two years ago we built and began using a Computer Language Laboratory. This additional classroom provides our students with a hands-on, multi-modal approach to learning foreign languages. Interactive CD-ROM programs help students to review course material, assess their prononciation and practice their conversational skills within real-life contexts. The lab is also connected to our school network which allows students to access Windows, research on-line and email penpals abroad.

Currently, we offer French Levels 1-4 and an Independent Study that prepares students for the AP Language Exam. Please email me if you have any questions or comments about Foreign Language offerings at Dublin School.
