Report on Joan of Arc

Joan of Arc was born in the Lorraine, France in 1412 January 6th and died in Rouen May 30 1431. She lived in Dormany, a small village in France, throughout her childhood. When she was thirteen she began hearing voices from saints telling her that she must go to war and lead France against the British.

Joan of Arc's main contribution to society was that was the first and only woman to fight for any army. She also lead France to victory in the 100 year war between Britain and France.

Interesting Facts-

This web page does not have much information at all, but it does have a fantastic graphic of the saint. The picture is a triptych graphic that resembles stained glass. Cool!
This web page was made by another student probably in a project that is very similar to ours. It also has another web link on the page. There is some information and a hand drawn graphic of Joan of Arc.
Web page has a lot of information, there are no graphics in the page however.
Much help from Steve Bergen in fixing/correcting problems above
