Hi Mrs. Maxcey!
I got your letter in the mail! I loved that story.
How have you been? I saw you in the video that
Mr. Bergen showed us at school, it was really cool.
I can't wait to hear from you again! Do you like to
watch sports on TV? I've been watching the Olympics,
have you? There's a boy who is in the senior class
from Nobles who went to the Olympics! He is in
speed-skating. I hope he does well! His name is Dan.
Write Back Soon!
Heather Peterson
PS- I will send you a story that I wrote via
Mr. Bergen. Do you listen to the radio a lot?
What station do you listen to?
Heather
Hi Harriette!
sorry about your computer! what happened to it?
did it just croak? or did something more
complicated happen? I'm glad you'll be looking for
Dan. He's really nice. I think it's awesome that he got
to go to Japan and everything for the Olympics.
I can't wait until four years when the summer
Olympics come again! my friend, who's only going
to be 16 then, is already qualified for the pole
vaulting next summer Olympics! I'm really excited!
I'm still awaiting an opportunity to send my
story to you... oh well, I'll get a chance some time,
I'm sure! Have any of your stories been published?
I think I remember Mr. Bergen saying that My Guys
was published, but I'm not completely sure, and could
use some reminding on your part.
Well, I can't wait to hear from you again!
Heather
