Penpaling with Smitty
Part 1:Letter from Me to Smitty
Dear Mr.Smith,
Hi Mr. Smith. I am your Pen Pal. My name is Ian McFarlane and I am in the seventh grade. I enjoy it here at Nobles. It is a very challenging and fun school. I saw your picture on the web. I forget what it says on your T-Shirt, but I saw it. I hope you reply.
Your penpal,
Ian McFarlane
Part 2:Letter from Smitty to Me
Hou ya doin' guys? You may not know for sure that I have MS, but because I
am here you got to figure that much out. I am the father of four, two of each
kind. Out of the four three of them are married now. My daughter down in
Florida has given me a grandchild -- a boy. I have a very lovely wife. If you
work at it you can find the right one for you when it gets to be that time. I
am the Vice-president of the Plymouth Babe Ruth League and also a coach. I
also was the president of the Plymouth Youth Hockey. What sports are you
interested in? Please keep in touch. See you on C U See Me, I hope.
Waitin to hear from you,
SMITTY
Part 3:Letter from Me to Smitty

Part 4:Letter from Smitty to Me
Life for me has been fair to middling. I still have M.S. I'm looking forward to seeing your webpage. What more information do you need for the page? Keep in touch. Waiting to hear from you.
SMITTY
Part 5:How I Feel
I feel that having a disease such as M.S. is very sad and frightening. You treat each day as your last because you don't know when you will die. There needs to be a cure for every type of human disease NOW. I know that researchers can not find anything to cure it, but it seems like they just gave up. FIGHT THE POWER!!!
