IT WAS SO NICE TO HEAR FROM YOU. I DID RECEIVE YOUR FIRST LETTER AND I ADMIT TO BEING REMISS IN NOT RESPONDING. HERE I AM! YOU SOUND LIKE QUITE THE DANCER. WHEN I WAS A TEENAGER, THE SAME DANCING LESSONS WERE THE THING TO DO. I TOOK BALLROOM WHEN I WAS 13 YEARS OLD. UNTIL I BECAME DISABLED, I USED TO LOVE TO DANCE. I'LL WRITE MORE LATER.

Erin is 13 years old and her birthday is on november 10,1984. She loves the outdoors. Mainly mountains. She has two golden retriever dogs named Buddy and Murphy. Erin's favorite smell is Abercrombie men's colonge and the smell of the drier.Her favorite color is yellow, favorite animals are bears and wolves,and favorite noise is running water. She has three older sisters who don't live at home anymore. She loves the sea. Some hobbies Erin does are dancing,skiing,soccer,and reading. Erin loves to vacationon the cape and in Colorado.

Dear Ms. Macqarrie,

hi! How are you? I'm doing fine. In case you've forgotten I'm going to be your penpal. I'm thirteen years old and in the seventh grade at Nobles. I love it here! I am five foot three inches, I have green/blue eyes,and shoulder lenghth curly brown hair with blond streeks.I take dance classes outside of school. I do ballet, tap, jazz, and sometimes lyrical. Did you do anything for Valentines day? I got dressed up in red and white and passed out candy to my friends! It was fun. I went to Cape Cod with my grandmother and Great aunt this weekend. My mother and I brought them. I love animals. I have two dogs and they are my pride, and joy. They are golden retrievers. They love to swim and play with tennis balls. They can be really funny sometimes. Once my dog didn't want to get off my bed at night when my mom came to bring her downstairs so I could sleep. She played dead!! I hear about dogs playing dead all the time but I've never seen one do it. She didn't move a muscle. If I hadn't known better I would of thought she was dead. Do you like animals? Dear Ms.Macquirrie, Hi! How are you? Im doing great. Today I got a 95 on my Geography test, so Im really proud! Besides Geography I take Science,Math, English,Latin, and Spanish. I really like school. The only bad part is really getting up so early in the morning. But its worth it! I just thought I'd say "hi"! sincerely, Erin Doggart

WHAT DID YOU LEARN?

Erin and Joan wish to keep up their writing even after Erin's CP1 course is over. Erin learned a lot in this course. Not just about computers though. She learned that even if people are disabled or can't do everything that other peope can they can still lead a happy life. Joan showed Erin that she had the same intrests as Erin even though they are extreamly different from each other. This course,for Erin, was well worth everything. If she didn't take it she could still not know all that she has learned.
