   From Colleen Powers: "Well, the 26 mile block party was worth it. Although the day was a little nippy, it was warm enough! I couldn't believe that three people ran by me at the end of the race!--All that competition after 26 miles! And the women's contingent was even hotter! I wonder if I could ever be so competitive! It was wonderful to see all the faces from the Boston Home there, but I think that with giving Diane a bull-horn, we've created a monster!"

I loved being part of the "BH/Nobles mini-marathon." We had an incredible group of Nobles parents, students, faculty,staff, and BH residents and staff ....it was truly an experience to remember...looking forward to the next one. Hope we can stay longer and watch Dan M. and Chris C. run by us!! Thank you friends."

It was great to meet Laurie, Claudia (hey hey hey, alright alright!) and the rest of the gang from the Boston Home. Chilly, yes, but there was so much happiness I barely felt a chill once we got going. A highlight for me was seeing the look on the face of a young boy in a wheelchair when he saw us go by. I think there was a closed door in his mind that was opened in that moment, and it was wonderful. I loved the finish line and the crowds who cheered us on. Looking forward to next year, Jess"

I helped to make sure that Linda didn't get too close to any curbs while pushing herself (not an easy task because the road curves down toward the curb).
