Marathon Planning 99 re Monday, April 19th

• At the Boston Home -- Fred Holway, Janice Kushner, Michelle Hurley, Don Olivier, Colleen Powers have expressed interest in going in addition to Linda Stranieri ... that would be 6 people .. this is all tentative so far
• At the Nobles end, we have over 10 "pushers" signed up: Mark Sheeran, Sarah Snyder, Nina DeSimone, Ellie Newman , George Blake, Daniella Priebatsch, Chrissie Long, Sarah Hillman, Hayden Lynch, Stephen Hickey, Heather Peterson, Kate Boyle, Mardi Newman (who has shared the metaphor of the Chinese character for crisis and opportunity which have the same base and then there is a modifier ... it's what you do with the situation .. perfect metaphor for all of us
• Janice Kushner and Faith are working on the chairs
• Kristin Stasiowski and Sarah Reid have written matching grant letters to Dunkin Donuts

Linda Stranieri helped to raise money on marathon day, 4/20/98 ... Mark Sheeran, Sarah Snyder, Abby Snyder and I pushed Linda on the marathon route ... Steve Bergen .. so far, we have raised over $2,100. A special thanks to each and everyone of you! Feel free to read the details of our "magical" marathon journey to Boylston Street. Here are the 32 pictures from Linda Stranieri's marathon trip on 4/29/98. To paraphrase Linda, it was truly a WOW experience. We left at 10:32AM (magic time) and arrived about 1:55 PM with the crowd chanting LINDA, LINDA, LINDA as we went down Boylston Street all by ourselves, just minutes before the winners!
